Rodney Crespo serves as Wednesday Evening Food Services Manager for First Baptist Church, preparing Family Night Meals each Wednesday.
A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Rodney served in the US Marine Corps and spent 18 years as a cook and food services manager in Long Island, NY. He moved to Huntersville, NC in 1995 and is now on the kitchen staff at Davis Regional Medical Center, where he has developed several popular specialties for the cafeteria.
