Congregational Worship

Our worship services place great importance on congregational singing. The music for the traditional service is largely based on the great hymns of our faith. Our casual early worship service combines fresh arrangements of classic hymn tunes with newer songs of worship.
 

 

Children’s Music

Our music program for children strives to provide a foundation in music while stressing the importance of the individual’s role as a worship leader, not a performer. Our choir program provides opportunities for singing, playing handbells and other instruments, and participating in drama.
 

Adult Choir

The adult choir leads our congregation in song for our 1O:55 AM traditional worship service and for other special services throughout the year. The varied backgrounds of the choir members allow them to blend their unique gifts together in harmonious songs of praise. Our focus is to present our music as an offering of worship to God.  New choir members are always welcome. No audition is required, just a love of music and a servant’s heart.

Adult Handbells

The adult handbell choir prepares selections for worship services during the church year. The music presented by this dedicated group provides a beautiful dimension to our services, especially during the holiday seasons.

 

Instrumental Soloists and Ensembles

There are opportunities throughout the year for instrumental soloists and ensembles. These individuals and groups offer their talents to enhance our worship experience.

 

Worship Team

The worship team leads the music for our casual early worship service. We follow the biblical mandate to “sing a new song unto the Lord” as we use new tunes to present the unchanging message of God’s love. Our team of vocalists and instrumentalists always welcome new members. This group is open to all who love to “sing a new song” and who are willing to commit to regular rehearsals.
